Acupressure points – rubbing these points 30-60 seconds can stimulate and promote health and well-being.
Kidney 3 – in the depression between the inner ankle and Achilles tendon, located at the same level as the ankle bone
Used to treat low back, ankle and foot pain as well as abdominal pain and discomfort, diarrhea, tinnitus, headache, dizziness, cough, asthma, wheezing, poor memory, impotence and menstruation
Urinary Bladder 2 – on the inner edge of the eyebrows
Used for blurry and difficult vision and red and painful eyes. Also for headaches around and behind the eyes, sinus congestion, facial paralysis and facial tics.
